Building plots at Påkjær Vænge, ​​Nybøl

The new plots are located directly next to the road Påkjær Vænge in the butter hole between Mejerivej and Påkjær. There is path access to shopping, childcare, school and leisure facilities, and you will live in a well-established part of Nybøl city.  

The motorway is just around the corner, and from here it is 15 min. drive to Sønderborg, 25 min. to Aabenraa and 30 min. to Flensburg.

What is it like to live in Nybøl?

Nybøl is particularly scenic, is safe from traffic and close to the city, motorway, nature, shopping and activities. Nybøl offers, for example, a good local bakery, an intimate café environment, hairdresser and Nybøl Grill, which is an obvious place to quench hunger and thirst. 

The joint local council in Nybøl has drawn up a comprehensive development plan with ambitions for e.g. to establish a housing association, set up bathing bridges and build a multi-storey building before 2025.

The school and children's institution have merged into a state-of-the-art children's universe with kindergarten, nursery and school for 6th grade. The area is well provided with cycle paths and there is an urban forest with shelter space nearby.

Every year local bands play at the area's own festival; Nöffelskov Festival. In Nøffelskoven you will also find an amphitheater and carved animals. The area has its own sports association with yoga and handball, sports week and communal dining.

Is it possible to get an exemption for other roofing materials?

Sønderborg Municipality is prepared to dispense with other roofing materials on Påkjær Vænge (primarily concrete roofs) on the grounds that the entire surrounding residential area is dominated by concrete roofs, tiled roofs and tiled roofs. The character of the area will therefore not be broken by dispensation for, for example, concrete roofs.
