If you are not digital, Borgerservice can help you:

• order a travel card/commuter card to be changed to a basic card/commuter card (remember to bring identification in the form of a passport, driver's license or baptismal certificate and your health card, as well as access to mobile pay or a payment card) *
• renew or create your commuter agreement
