If you are not digital, Borgerservice can help you:

Sønderborg;

• order a travel card/commuter card (remember to bring identification in the form of a passport, driving license or baptismal certificate and your health card) *
• top up your travel card (you can also top up your travel card with a payment card at the train station)
• renew your commuter agreement

Nordborg and Gråsten;

• order a travel card/commuter card (remember to bring identification in the form of a passport, driving license or baptismal certificate and your health card) *

*) the card will be sent home within 7-10 working days
