Automatic Fire Alarm Systems (ABA)
An ABA (Automatic Fire Alarm System) is a system that may be required cf. the Building Regulations to secure a building against fire.
When smoke occurs, the system automatically alerts the fire service, which immediately moves out. The system is typically connected to smoke or heat detectors that quickly detect a fire. It may also include sprinkler systems, stair sprinklers, alarm systems and fire ventilation.
