If you have lost a certificate, in some cases you can order a new one.

Can I get my identity card on paper?

When ordering a personal certificate, you can choose between:

• A digital certificate
• A certificate on paper, which is sent to your population register address no later than 5 working days after your application
• A certificate on paper that you can pick up at the church office in your parish of residence
  Remember to bring valid photo ID.

If you do not receive the ordered certificate, you can contact the authority stated in your receipt for ordering.
