Book premises and facilities

It is possible for the municipality's citizens and associations to view and reserve all rooms and locations in the municipality via an online booking system, which you can access via the button at the top of the page.

If you are an association member, and your association is approved as a public information association in Sønderborg Municipality, it has already been set up in the booking system. Username and password have been sent.

Can I book a room as an ordinary citizen?

"If you, as a citizen, wish to book a free time in one of the municipality's halls, this can be done via email, for a fee fritid@sonderborg.dk. The same option is also available for public areas such as squares and squares for, for example, circus events. 

What are the rules for renting premises?

Municipal premises are lent out and rented out applicable set of rules. 

The Public Information Committee has also established criteria for both one-time and seasonal allocation of hours in halls, gymnasiums, swimming pools and other premises.

In addition, the City Council annually sets the rates for renting municipal premises that apply in connection with associations' use of municipal premises for commercial events or the like, as well as for accommodation.
