All installations on the plot have been removed and new ones must be connected, however a sewerage contribution has been paid.There used to be a clothing store on the site, which has today been demolished.
There are 3 easements relating to rental agreements and right of pre-emption respectively, which are subject to cancellation at the time of sale. Final approval by the Land Registry has not yet been completed and the plot cannot therefore be taken over until this has happened.
