Sonderborg Municipality strives to process incoming cases as quickly as possible.

Fully informed means that the municipality has all the information that must be used to process the application. The time during which the municipality waits for information from you is therefore deducted from the case processing time.
Some cases can be lengthy and complicated, e.g. if the case is being processed by other authorities and requires other permits such as land zone permits, sewage permits or the like.

Our service goal is to keep a case processing time of 8 weeks for cases, both in rural and urban zones. Inquiries are processed within a week.
