Residential building (building 2).

According to BBR, Building 2 was built in 1900. It is a typical house from the Better Building Practices style period, which was built as a small single-family house. The building has a foundation wall with blank walls and has an almost square basic shape. The facades are plastered with wall anchors, a projecting plinth, ear cornices and an unwelded tile roof, which today is made of concrete. There is symmetry and tactfulness in the facades and hierarchy between the windows. Windows and doors are of recent date.

Country house (building 1).

According to BBR, building 1 was built in 1890 as a farmhouse and was built together with building 3. It was built in a historicist building style, but is a simple building without many details. The building has whitewashed facades with masonry anchors, a black-painted plinth and a red half-burnt wing tile roof with cast-iron windows.

Barn buildings (building 3, 10, 5 and 6).

Building 6 was built in 1875. In 1912, building 3 was built as an extension of the farmhouse and in 1920, buildings 5 and 10 were built.

Building 3 was built together with the farmhouse. It is a typical barn building with whitewashed facades with wall anchors, cast iron windows and ribbed doors.

Buildings 10, 5 and 6 are built together and form a typical trempellade. It consists of plain masonry with brick bands, sandstone detailing, hinged doors, cast iron windows and lintels.

Common to all buildings is that they appear in poor technical condition and lack maintenance. The masonry is damaged by cracks and moisture. The roofs are leaking and several windows and doors are broken. The buildings contain several original building elements and appear mainly original.

The farm complex forms a small cultural environment which is hidden behind trees and hedge planting out to the open country.

The background for the application for the demolition of the above buildings is that the owner wants to build a new one.
