Digital power of attorney

With Digital Power of Attorney, you can authorize a relative to act on your behalf in a number of self-services from the public sector. For example, you can give power of attorney to see your health record and laboratory results on sundhed.dk or to report a move on borger.dk. 

Not all authorities offer powers of attorney via this solution, so always investigate more closely how the authority or area for which you need a power of attorney handles powers of attorney.

If you don't have a MitID yourself or have difficulty with digital things, your relative can ask you for a power of attorney. To use Digital Power of Attorney, either the power of attorney or the power of attorney must have a MitID.
