Digital power of attorney

You can request or submit a power of attorney for digital self-service, so that, for example, a relative can act on your behalf in one or more public, digital solutions. You can give power of attorney to, for example, see your health record and laboratory results on sundhed.dk or to report a move on borger.dk, etc. 

You can also create a power of attorney for the future, which takes effect sometime in the future if you become ill or infirm and lose the ability to take care of your financial or personal affairs yourself. You can give power of attorney for the future to one or more people you appoint yourself (power of attorney for the future) who can represent you and act on your behalf.
