Draft addendum no. 16 to Waste water plan 2016-2021, Sønder Kettingskov 19, Augustenborg incl. environmental screening decision.

In connection with the publication of the draft of the waste water plan supplement, you have the opportunity for up to 8 weeks after the publication to make your comments on the supplement. After the end of the consultation period, the supplement is expected to be adopted after any adjustments. Supplements to the Waste Water Plan cannot be appealed.

You also have the opportunity to appeal against the decision not to prepare an environmental assessment in accordance with the Act on Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes, cf. Section 48 of the Environmental Assessment Act. You have the opportunity to appeal for up to 4 weeks from the publication of the proposal.
