Environmental approval, discharge permit and EIA permit for biogas project, including biogas plant at Felstedvej 35C, 6300 Gråsten

On 30 September 2021, Sønderborg Municipality announced a decision for the biogas project between Kværs and Snur-om, which contains the EIA permit for the overall project, and consists of:

• Environmental approval for Biogas plant - to Nature Energy Kværs ApS, Felstedvej 35C, 6300 Gråsten (§33 of the Environmental Protection Act)
• Discharge permit for the access road - to Sønderborg Municipality, Project & Facility (§28 of the Environmental Protection Act)
• EIA permit for the establishment of a gas pipeline route - conditions on nature protection - for Evida Syd A/S (Environmental Assessment Act §25, cf. §27, subsection 2)
• EIA permit for access road to biogas plant - conditions on traffic conditions and clay resource - for Sønderborg Municipality, Project & Construction (Environmental Assessment Act §25, cf. §27, subsection
