Land zone permit for roof covering, outbuilding and change of use from covered terrace to outbuilding - Dyndved Gade 31, 6430 Nordborg

Land zone permission is granted for the legalization of a roof covering of 35 m² and an outbuilding of 26 m², as well as the legalization of a change of use from a covered terrace to an outbuilding of 40 m².

The permit is granted in accordance with § 35 subsection 1 of the Planning Act on the construction of new buildings and changes in use in rural areas.
