The shelters are for citizens aged 18 and over with a mental illness or developmental disability.

The venues are open to everyone in the target group.

What is a meeting place?

The shelters are an offer for citizens with a mental disorder or a developmental disability who have turned 18.

The spas are a space free from everyday tasks, where you can get support, advice and guidance, for example through individual conversations, group courses or simply by visiting. There are also a number of joint activities such as cooking, eating together, creative activities, films and games etc

Can I have a more active lifestyle if I have a mental illness?

If you are looking for more active content in everyday life, you can become part of Active Lifestyle. They have various team activities such as - functional training, fitness dancing, petanque, badminton, cycling for beginners, hiking, swimming and mountain biking. Through Active Lifestyle, you can also get help to join an ordinary sports association such as e-sports and shooting.
