On the course, you have the opportunity to learn more about your habits and your lifestyle. You will learn why you eat when you are not hungry and how to break your most ingrained eating habits.
We will work with topics such as:
• myths about health
• that it is completely normal to feed on emotions
• meal patterns
• intuitive eating and much more.
We start with a clarifying conversation, where together we uncover your needs, resources and motivation. Based on the conversation, we organize the further process.

- Are there courses for children and young people aged 3-18 with challenges in relation to being overweight?
"Weight in balance - food, body and mental health" is also offered to children and young people aged 3-18.
The course is organized based on the whole family's life situation and starts with a clarifying conversation with a health advisor. The further process is then organized based on the family's needs, resources and motivation.
The course takes place in collaboration with Sundhedsplejen.
