Housing associations in Sønderborg Municipality
Public housing is rented out according to a waiting list. If you wish to be put on the waiting list, you must contact one of the housing organizations that rent out housing in the Sønderborg area.

Supervision of public housing
The municipal inspectorate supervises that the housing associations comply with the applicable rules in the social housing legislation. As part of the supervision of the social housing associations, management dialogue meetings are held with the social housing associations in the municipality every year.
According to the legislation on public housing, the minutes from the meetings between Sønderborg Municipality and the housing organizations must be published.
