What is it like to live in Ullerup?

Ullerup is a small village between Aabenraa and Sønderborg with approx. 350 inhabitants. Ullerup is a particularly scenic area.

It is a short distance to Vester Sottrup, which offers the purchase of both daily and retail goods, school, daycare centers and much more. In addition, there is a short distance to the larger commercial towns of Sønderborg and Aabenraa as well as the motorway access

 

How much can I build on the plot?

• You may only build open-low and closed-low year-round residences
• Maximum 2 floors with a maximum height of 8 m
• Maximum building percentage for open-low buildings is 30 per cent.
• Maximum building percentage for close-to-low-rise buildings is 40 per cent.

 

Is the plot ready for construction?

The land is not ready for construction, and the buyer must therefore expect that supply plugs must be installed for both water, heating and electricity supply, etc. The costs for the physical connectors as well as for the connection fees must be borne by the buyer.

Do I have to establish a connection for rain and waste water myself?

The buyer must himself establish a connection for rainwater and waste water on the building site.

At the time of the sale, Sønderborg Municipality reserves the right to collect the connection fee for rain and waste water sewerage on top of the price of the building plot. The price is DKK 64.687,50 (current price from Sønderborg Forsyning's 2021 tariff sheet).
