The sale takes place with immediate takeover and a maximum of 3 months after the purchase offer is submitted.

There is no local plan or municipal plan framework for 15A.

In 1996, Nordborg Municipality acquired the agricultural land around Elmbjergvej to lay out a new residential area. The area was locally planned and the subdivision began with housing under the auspices of Boligselskabet Danbo and Andelsboligforeningen Fribjergparken. Elmbjergvej was completed as a public road to the south, so that the subdivision could later be expanded. The road is connected to the Gammeldam road to the west by a path.

The area has been included in a larger land distribution for the benefit of the 'Oksbøl Skov' project. However, the area was in surplus and ultimately could not be included in the overall land distribution plan and will not be used under municipal authority.

The property is sold with the current lease agreements. The buyer takes over these upon purchase of the property and then has full control over the agreements and their terms.

Annual rent is DKK 8.000. The lease agreement can be terminated on or before 1.9 September.

The public property value is: DKK 4.350.000 as of 2020. This assessment applies to all jointly registered properties totaling 64.137 square meters.

Bids are submitted by submitting a purchase offer (located under documents) via secure mail. Remember to fill in the takeover date and necessary data about the company bidding, including the buyer's CPR no. or CVR no. Please note that counterclaims or conditions on the bidder's part will invalidate the bid. If information emerges during the bidding period that is of significance to the offer, it will be published here on the website.
