  • When constructing single-family homes, parking for two cars must be established within each residential unit.

About the reason

In 1996, Nordborg Municipality acquired the agricultural land around Elmbjergvej to lay out a new residential area. The area was locally planned and the subdivision began with housing under the auspices of Boligselskabet Danbo and Andelsboligforeningen Fribjergparken. Elmbjergvej was completed as a public road to the south, so that the subdivision could later be expanded. The road is connected to the Gammeldam road to the west by a path.

Special conditions

The property is sold with the current lease agreements. The buyer takes over these upon purchase of the property and then has full control over the agreements and their terms.

Annual rent is DKK 8.000. The lease agreement can be terminated on or before 1.9 September.
