The Job Centre's Business Service helps with effective prevention of sick leave, retention of valuable skills and expert assistance in the event of illness and return to the workplace after illness.

The Job Centre's Business Service offers:
- Help reporting and receiving reimbursement for sick leave
- Possibility of agreeing on sick pay reimbursement on the first day of absence
- Sparring and specialist participation in conversations between affected employees and the company
- Assistance in preparing retention plans and opportunity statements
- Fast track processing of sick leave, ensuring early follow-up and faster return
- Your company has free access to the Travel Team, which helps prevent sick leave and strengthen well-being.

If you have an employee with a significant disability, you can get extra support from the Jobcentre's Business Service. This can include:
- Assistive devices or minor adjustments to the workplace
- Personal assistance for specific work tasks that cannot be performed due to the disability
- Mentor support for those on sick leave
- Icebreaker scheme for new graduates with disabilities

- What is the Travel Team?

The travel team steps in when you are concerned about an employee's well-being.
The travel team is a multidisciplinary team from Sønderborg Municipality who are experts in preventing sick leave and taking care of your employees.
Among other things, we offer your employees a non-binding, impartial and anonymous conversation with a focus on self-help and the problems that cause sick leave - also in the private sphere.
The travel team can take conversations that you as a manager cannot.
