At the Health Center, we offer a professional and safe course where you get tools to improve your sleep and create healthy sleep habits that last in the long term.

What can you expect from a sleep study?

During the course, you will gain knowledge about sleep and specific tools that can help you achieve a better night's sleep. We take your everyday life and your needs as a starting point - regardless of whether you are young, adult or elderly.

You will work with, among other things:

  • Your current sleep habits and routines
  • Strategies to fall asleep more easily
  • How to improve your sleep quality
  • Using a sleep log to gain an overview
  • Small changes in everyday life that can make a big difference

The goal is to give you insight and options to take action so you can take control of your sleep.

The process starts with a clarifying conversation, where together we plan a process that suits you and your life situation.
