At the Health Center, we offer a professional and safe course where you get tools to improve your sleep and create healthy sleep habits that last in the long term.

During the course, you will gain knowledge about sleep and specific tools that can help you achieve a better night's sleep. We take your everyday life and your needs as a starting point - regardless of whether you are young, adult or elderly.
You will work with, among other things:
- Your current sleep habits and routines
- Strategies to fall asleep more easily
- How to improve your sleep quality
- Using a sleep log to gain an overview
- Small changes in everyday life that can make a big difference
The goal is to give you insight and options to take action so you can take control of your sleep.
The process starts with a clarifying conversation, where together we plan a process that suits you and your life situation.
