Can my company get help to develop social responsibility?

Together we map the opportunities for social responsibility and our experts find out whether it should be through employment in flexible jobs, company internships, wage subsidies, mentoring schemes, upskilling jobs, as an apprentice or student.

Among other things, you can take greater social responsibility by:

• Hire an employee for a few hours a week for real, value-adding tasks
• Offer Immediate Placements, where the company makes one or more internships available, which you can offer at short notice to unemployed people with challenges.
• Participate in match events where you and other companies meet job seekers with challenges and can choose each other for
• Show around your company and give job seekers an insight into your company and its culture
• Participate for free in The Alliance for Social Responsibility

What social responsibility schemes can the Job Centre's Business Service offer me?

Our social responsibility specialists are here when you need them. We offer, among other things:

• Guidance and practical help for financial compensation and support schemes
• Mentor training that provides concrete tools to motivate and support vulnerable citizens in the labor market
• Language partner scheme. A language partner is a Danish-speaking employee in the company who has a special responsibility to support the language learning of non-Danish-speaking colleagues. The company receives a free course for the language partner and subsequently the language partner can be bought out to support foreign-speaking colleagues.
• Individual 1:1 sparring that equips you to handle difficult situations
• A course on communicating your social responsibility and how to strengthen your ESG profile
