§ 16 decision - change in animal type, Sebbelundvej 31, 6430 Nordborg

Sønderborg Municipality announces a decision to change the type of animal from 5.780 piglets, 8,5-30 kg for 7.759 piglets, 14-30 kg. There is no wish to change the livestock farm's permit for fattening pig production, which will continue to be 5.685 fattening pigs from 32-107 kg.   

Overall, the number of DE will change from 172,13 DE to 169,88 DE calculated according to the conversion factors in executive order no. BEK no. 865 of 23/06/2017.

The change in animal type can take place as notified, cf. § 16, subsection 8 of the Livestock Approval Order. 

The appeal deadline is 13.5.2024
