Is the plot ready for construction?

The land is not ready for construction, and the buyer must therefore expect that supply plugs must be installed for both water, heating and electricity supply, etc. The costs for the physical connectors as well as for the connection fees must be borne by the buyer.

Do I have to count on extra costs for the building site?

On the day of the takeover, plugs for rainwater and wastewater will be established on the building site. Is there anything else I should know?

• A former municipal watercourse runs on the land register. The stream is located at a depth of 5 meters. The concrete pipe of the stream is still in the ground as it is crushed and the stream is out of operation.
• N1 has a line that crosses the southern corner of the land register, close to the boundary with Spurvevej.
• Broager Fjernvarme has a plug in at the turning point at Spurvevej.

What is it like to live in Broager?
