We help with a comprehensive mapping of your company's needs for competencies and provide guidance on specific schemes when you need to retrain an employee.
- What help can my company get to upskill and retrain my employees?

Corporate services specialize in the many labor market schemes that give you the opportunity to offer your employees further training and upskilling.
It could be, for example, an unskilled employee who wants to become skilled and get their skills documented, or it could be a change of direction for an employee at risk of burnout to take on new functions in the company.
You can also get a subsidy for a temporary worker who will take care of the work while your employee receives further training, takes a qualifying course or obtains a necessary certificate.
We guide you through the options and schemes that can strengthen your employees' basic literacy skills and address special challenges such as dyslexia.
Together with the area's educational institutions, we develop your employees' competency level to match the company's current needs.

If your company does not have enough tasks to employ all employees for a period of time, but wants to avoid layoffs, the work distribution scheme can be a good option for both your company and your employees.
Work sharing means that the employees' agreed working hours are reduced for a period of time. Employees who are members of an unemployment fund entitled to unemployment benefits may receive supplementary unemployment benefits for the time they are not working. Employees who are not members of an unemployment fund entitled to unemployment benefits may receive another benefit.
