Am I anonymous on sonderborgkommune.dk?

As a visitor to Sønderborg Municipality's website, you are completely anonymous. We do not register any data that can be used to identify you unless you yourself register for one of our services, e.g. a newsletter.

However, when you as a user access Sønderborg Municipality's website, we collect information about your IP address. 
The processing takes place by us logging your IP address. The purpose of the processing is to ensure troubleshooting of e.g. robots. The processing is based on the data protection regulation's article 6, paragraph 1, letter e. The IP addresses are deleted after 14 days.

In order to further develop and improve Sønderborg Municipality's website, we keep statistics on how you as a user use the website. If you want to contact us by using a contact form on our website, you accept the terms for processing your personal data. If you have any questions or wish to withdraw your consent, you are always welcome to contact us at sekretariatet@sonderborg.dk . 
When you contact us by using a contact form on our website, your information is stored by the municipality's data processor.
There may be a possible follow-up to your inquiry, therefore we reserve the right to save your contact details until what the inquiry relates to is no longer relevant. We do not pass on your information to third parties.

By signing up for newsletters at www.sonderborgkommune.dk, you agree to receive newsletters from us. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by unsubscribing.
When you sign up for newsletters, you only provide your email address. We only use the email address to be able to send out the newsletter.
We use information about your use of the newsletters, such as the opening rate, to improve our service so that we can target and adapt the content to the recipient's interests to an even greater extent.
Your personal data is stored until you unsubscribe from newsletters. Upon notification, the information will be deleted from us.

Please note, when you register for press releases at www.sonderborgkommune.dk, your information will be synchronized in a 3rd party program.
Your personal data is stored by us and by a third party until you unsubscribe from the press releases. Upon cancellation, your information will be deleted.

We will report any unlawful data breach of this website's database or database(s) of any of our third party data processors to all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it appears that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen .
