EIA permit with associated environmental impact report for Nordals Ferieresort / Nordborg Ferieresort

On 6 May 2022, Sønderborg Municipality granted an EIA permit for the establishment of Nordals Holiday Resort. The applied for project includes the establishment of various accommodation options such as summer houses, holiday homes and a small number of holiday homes that are built on stilts so that they are at treetop height. When the holiday resort is fully developed, there will be a total of 579 holiday homes and 167 holiday homes. In the middle of the area, there will be a center building with smaller shops, restaurants and a water park, and there will be opportunities for a number of recreational activities. The EIA permit is issued with an associated environmental impact report incl. housing assessment, project description and consultation note. The EIA permit is issued cf. §25 of the Environmental Assessment Act,
